Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. To exercise this right, please notify us within this period.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and labels.

• Returns should be sent promptly after notifying us of your intention to withdraw.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Earrings and other intimate items, for hygiene reasons.

• Gift cards.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with details and, if possible, photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
